Analysis programs for players and teams

AXIS offers structured prevention analyses in football for Individual players and clubs.
The programs differ in the scope of analysis and the support provided over time.

Programs for single players

The programs for individual players provide a structured assessment of physical resilience in football and highlight possible training priorities.
All AXIS programs provide a prevention traffic light system.
It doesn't show whether a player is allowed to play or not. It shows which areas in training should be stabilized, improved, or prioritized.
The programs will be held on a football pitch in the Würzburg area.

The AXIS system

Dr. Jürgen Walther

All programs are based on the AXIS system for analyzing physical resilience in football.
The evaluation is based on three key factors:

mobility
Reactivity
Motion control

Prevention begins before the failure.

Anyone who wants to manage stress needs to know resilience.
AXIS helps players, parents and clubs to identify physical risks early and to adapt training accordingly.
The analysis is aimed at players in performance-oriented football for youth (approx. U13–U19) and adults.
