How resilient is your body really during the game?

In youth football, growth, training, and game pace collide.
The AXIS analysis shows, how safely your body processes stress – and where training can be specifically targeted.
Players and parents receive a A clear assessment of resilience and specific training priorities.

How an analysis is carried out

make an appointment

The appointment can be arranged online or after a brief consultation. The analysis takes place in a quiet testing environment and lasts approximately 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the scope of the analysis.

Conducting the analysis

The player undergoes a structured analysis of mobility, reactive strength, and movement control. The analysis focuses on typical football movements such as landings, changes of direction, and jumps.

Structured evaluation

The results are classified based on limit values established in sports medicine.
This involves considering not only individual values, but also the pattern of stress processing.

Personal feedback

Players and parents receive a clear explanation of the results as well as specific training priorities. If needed, a re-analysis is recommended to monitor progress.

Methodological basis

Sports science-based analysis methods

The AXIS analysis is based on established sports science and sports medicine analysis methods for evaluating mobility, strength uptake and movement control.
The results are structured and explained in an understandable way, so that players and parents can understand what they mean for training and development.

What players specifically receive

Following the analysis, players and parents receive an understandable assessment of the current resilience in football.
The results are not only presented as measured values, but also interpreted in the context of typical game loads.

Classification of resilience

The analysis shows how stably the body processes stresses such as landings, changes of direction or quick starts.
This reveals in which areas the player is currently stable – and where there is potential for development.

Specific training focus areas

The analysis will yield 2-3 prioritized training areas.

These help to control athletic training in a targeted way and to better process stress.

Clear explanation of results

The results are explained in a discussion so that players and parents can understand their implications for training and development. If needed, a later re-analysis can show how resilience and movement quality develop over time.
Medical classification

Responsible prevention

AXIS serves as a structured tool for assessing resilience in football.
This analysis does not replace medical diagnosis.
In the event of abnormal findings, a specific recommendation for sports medicine evaluation will be made.
This creates a clear link between training, prevention and medical care.

Prevention begins before the failure.

Anyone who wants to manage stress needs to know resilience.
AXIS helps players, parents and clubs to identify physical risks early and to adapt training accordingly.

The analysis is aimed at youth players in performance-oriented football (approx. U13–U19).
